What payment methods do we take?

Here at Luxe Club we accept Tabby, debit/credit card and bank transfer payments. If you’ve shopped with us before you will be aware, we used to accept PayPal.

Why did we remove PayPal?

We stopped accepting PayPal due to the number of disputes customers opened for no reason whatsoever, it was getting too much for our team to handle. We had customers opening disputes for the following reasons:

- ‘I ordered 4 days ago and still not received any products!’

- ‘I ordered yesterday why haven’t I received tracking code’ (even though we state it can take 2/5 days to receive the tracking code)

- ‘I sent you emails with no response, so I thought it was a scam’ (we respond to every email within 6 hours)

- ‘The tracking code hasn’t updated for a few a days’ (some tracking codes don’t update for 7 days then on the 8th day they’ll arrive at your door)
